How It Works

We are currently in pre-construction of PHASE 1 of the development plans.

In this Phase, empty lots of average 1000 m2 are being offered for sale at a very interesting launch price. Prices will increase once infrastructure is completed.

Once you purchase your lot, you can build your own house or choose one of the models that our architects have designed. All lot owners are required to build their homes within a 3 year term from the date of lot purchase.

Once your house is completed, you can rent your house through our rental management service while you are away. A dedicated team will manage your property, taking every detail into consideration, providing a first class vacation rental experience.

The procedure to purchase a lot is Very Simple.

1. Contact us and select a lot that is available.

2. Sign a promise to purchase agreement.

3. Make a deposit of 10% of the lot purchase price.

4. Once the closing documents are ready, sign the final title transfer contract and pay the balance via check or wire transfer.

5. The property title deed will be registered at the Public Registry in your name (or the corporate name of your choice).
