A commitment with our village.
We are not only creating a housing project, but a new neighborhood in Santa Catalina. As every neighborhood we are creating community spaces and facilities, plus adding commercial spaces that will add some life to this corner of the village.
The community park will encompass green areas combined with a community center to serve as a place for activities, exhibitions and community meetings. We are also offering a space for local tourism police to have a small base on this side of the village.
Inside the community park, we are creating sporting facilities, a skate park and a children’s play park to make it a safe space for the youth of the Santa Catalina community!
Our vision for the community park is that it will become the center point for family recreational activities, and the surrounding park lot properties will become the focal point for restaurants, cafes, hostels, B&B’s, shops, tour operators, and a variety of other tourist related businesses.
